Principle: Balance

 This picture is a good representation of balance, not only with the 2 people obviously balancing but also with the way the picture splits into 2 equal parts. Both sides containing one individual balancing as well as some forest and nature on either side of the track.

This picture contains a sunset at a beach with some natural structures, this is an example of balance. It's an example of balance as both the natural structures are on either side of the picture not leaving one side of the picture empty. This picture also includes space with one structure being close and the other being farther away in the distance.

The balance in this image is seen by the spiral staircase. As the staircase descends, it descends evenly. The staircase is descending constantly and maintaining that same rhythm making this picture have balance throughout the whole descendance.

  In this project, I had to outline a picture of me and make it a cartoon version. At first, I wasn’t sure how this would turn out because I was new to using the pen tool but as I started using it throughout the project, I ended up getting the hang of it and understanding how to make some objects over others to make this image come together. I zoomed in closely to outline all the small features in the image. Once the outlining was done, I used the eyedropper tool to get the colors from the original image to the outlines. I enjoyed the entire process of outlining and putting it all together, once the colors were in, being able to see it all as a complete image was very rewarding. I didn’t think it would have come out as good as it did. I enjoyed seeing how much the little details matter and how much they added to the entire image. Principle: Proportion

 In this picture we see and lady that looks to be holding a gigantic leaf, however, this is an illusion. The lady is standing at a distance while the leaf is being held closer to the camera making it seem as if it is an enormous leaf. This is an example of proportion as there is the use of the leaf and the space between the two objects to make this picture. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is an image of an iceberg or an ice cap, it seems like a normal image until you pay extra close attention and then you would see a person on a kayak next to it. When you notice the person, you can now tell how massive this ice cap is compared to the human. Without the person next to it, you would think this is a normal sized object, but the person truly shows the size of it.
